I want to talk to you today about using the power of body language to change your mood
Body language can not only influence our physical body and posture, but it can also influence how we are feeling. Research is increasingly finding that the body and mind are really a two-way street and using mirroring, or adopting the body language that someone might be exhibiting while in a certain mindset, will bring you into the same mindset!
Getting motivated right now can be hard on any normal day, let alone when you haven't really left the house, spent time with friends or family or even gone to work normally for over a year.
So, we want you to try something!

We are going to use epic geeky examples...Ever seen the victory poses in games like overwatch or mortal combat? Superhero poses from the avengers? Whatever takes your fancy, go and create your very own victory pose RIGHT NOW! It might even be an entire routine. Whatever you come up with, try out and we guarantee you will feel re-energised.
